What happens during the free evaluation?

The free evaluation is a full 90-minute performance testing session — vertical jump, shooting mechanics, speed & agility, and ball handling. Every result is measured and recorded. At the end, David walks you through the data and explains what it means for your athlete's development. No sales pitch.

How long is the free evaluation?

About 90 minutes. Regular training sessions run 60 minutes, but the evaluation includes a full performance testing battery, so plan for the extra time.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are held in San Mateo, CA 94402. The exact address will be confirmed when we schedule your session.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes, and we encourage it — especially during the trial and early sessions. It's also a great opportunity to talk to the coaches about your athlete's goals.

What happens after the trial?

A coach will walk you through what they saw and recommend the right program tier for your athlete. If you want to sign up, you can start as early as the very next session. There's no pressure to commit.

Do you offer online or virtual training?

Yes — several of our athletes train virtually from outside the Bay Area. If you're not local, reach out at (650) 539-6720 and we'll discuss options.
